PAVING AND CONCRETE FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND DEVELOPERS

Your schedule has no room for a sub who shows up late or hands you an incomplete package. TMC self-performs asphalt, concrete, grading and demolition across San Diego County, with one point of contact, paperwork handled up front and a call back the same day you reach out.

One Sub From Tear-Out To Final Grade

Demolition, grading, base, concrete and asphalt usually means three or four subs and the gaps between them. We self-perform every scope under one Class A general engineering license, so the handoffs stay inside one crew and one schedule. On an airport project, we removed existing asphalt and contaminated soil, installed new drainage and base, and placed a 12-inch concrete section: 500 cubic yards of high-strength concrete and 1,500 cubic yards of export, completed on time and on budget.

Built To Hold Your Schedule

We build a day-by-day schedule before we mobilize and staff the job to it. At Costco in Corona, we partnered with local vendors to pave 400,000 square feet in six nights. When the sequence on your job shifts, you hear it from the same person you have been talking to since the bid.

Paperwork That Clears Your Office

Insurance, W-9 and vendor paperwork are handled before the first crew arrives, not chased after. Our crews hold Cal-OSHA 10 and 30 certifications and flagger permits and start every day with a safety meeting. At close-out, you get the documentation, certified payroll when the job requires it, and invoicing in one organized package.

Common Questions

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. We can come in as the paving, concrete and site work sub on your project, or contract directly with the owner or developer.

What do you need to put a number together?

Plans, specs and your schedule. We walk the site, write a scope that covers what is drawn and what we find in the field, and get you numbers you can carry in your bid.

Who is my point of contact?

One person from bid through close-out. Reach out during business hours and a member of the family calls you back that day.
